Chairman ACE Workgroup Competition Policy And New Legal Framework
Dear all
Due to schedule difficulties the date of our prospective meeting in Madrid
will have to be postponed one day.
The new date will be
March 8, 2005 at approx. 11:00 a.m.

Fortunately, some of the workgroup members have already agreed to the
new date. However, I would appreciate very much if the others could let
me know a.s.a.p. whether they can participate.
The agenda has already been distributed with my last mail:
1. Approval of the minutes
2. Report from the different participants/countries (national level and
progress-report)
3. Revision of the ACE Discussion Document on Competition Policy and Professional
Practice of Architects (distribution of the workload) (please read this
paper before the meeting and take it along to Madrid)
4. Proposal on the fee data base
5. Proposal for an ACE strategy vis-a-vis DG Competition
6. Strategy vis-a-vis the European consumer protection organisations
7. Miscellaneous In preparation of this meeting, you will receive one
or the other paper well in advance.
If you need a hotel the Spanish architects' organisation - CSCAE - will
help you.
