1.0 Introduction
1.1 Welcome by Chairman
1.2 Adoption of Agenda of the meeting
1.3 Discussion of Circulated Notes and follow up to the Poznan meeting
of Mai 2004
2.0 New activities of the TFUI and Revision of the Term of Reference
2.1 With the start of a new European Parliament and Commission there are
many new items and possibilities arising for the agenda of the TFUI. Among
these there are cohesion policy and new form of URBAN Programs to finance
urban regeneration; urban sustainable development and renewed commitment
to the Aalborg Charter; planned activities of the Dutch Presidency of
the EU, in the field of urban development;
2.2 In this meeting we shall check the challenges and the availability
of the members. Later we shall report on the outcome of our discussions
to the Executive Board who will decide on the precise terms of reference
and on the priorities for the TF over the coming 12 months or so

Re-launch of the European Parliamentary Urban Policy Working Group
Present stage of the Work in Progress on the Thematic Strategy on the
Urban Environment
Coehesion Policy and re-distribution of Structural Funds in urban areas
Progress on the previously distributed tasks and follow up
Liasons and cooperation with other ACE Task Forces (TFESA, TFPPP, TFPP…)
or organizations (Eurocities, URBACT, …)
